I love this recipe so much! I've made it three times since I discovered it two weeks ago. It's so pretty and flavorful, and easy to do (if you have a blender with a puree setting or a food processor). Coworkers and roommates have commented multiple times on how good it smells, even when it's cold! It's a bit expensive, and it was hard to find the "dry" scallops, but worth it.
