I didn't mind them but everyone else did

Very practical muffin but needed a bit more flavour either in spices or add more cheese. The fact that they are not sweet disappointed others but I was fine with it. I will make these again but with some changes.

Complete breakfast in one muffin, great for work!

extremely dry muffins

The worst muffins I have ever made, so dry and bland. Tasted like eating paper.

Made these muffins as looking at some healthy eating was very impressed first attempt and they tasted great with a little butter so not to dry.

Our Favorite Muffin

When I make these they are not dry and have plenty of flavor. I substitute 1 cup of almond meal for the cup of regular flour, and I use white whole wheat flour for the rest. The texture is very light with a delicate crumb. Hot pepper jelly is delicious or even black bean dip on them. Or honey...
