I suspect they seem bland to some because of the low salt content.

If you're tired of sweet breakfast muffins or just looking for a savory breakfast, try these--you'll love the smoky flavor from the Canadian bacon and the fresh-tasting combination of red bell pepper and scallions.

This were not good to plain and muffins are not healthy they spike your blood sugar.

I made these ahead of time to take on a bus trip--We loved them--The flavors melded and were actually better Day 2--

These were disappointing. After reading the reviews I used small chunks of extra sharp cheddar instead of grated--good change. I also intended to add some jalapenos and forgot. They would have added something, for sure, but not enough. They are very filling, which is great, but they're just "blah."

These were Ok I left the bacon out, added a little more cheese I also added some more veggies like shredded carrots & mushrooms and a little more seasoning. It turned out great and they were quite filling.
