Delicious and Easy!

Easy & tasty side dish

I cut the recipe in half for me & my husband. We loved it. It was easy to make & brought a lot of color to the plate. I used frozen green beans because the fresh ones were looking kinda sad (what do u expect in January)

Quick and Easy but Not Worth the Trouble

I made this recipe in a cast-iron skillet, and the garlic scorched almost as soon as I added it. The beans I used were big and tough and should have been cooked twice as long, but the tomatoes quickly overcooked. Salt should have been added earlier.

pretty & delicious side

These crispy garlicky green beans and tomatoes were so colorful and pretty on the plate. They were so flavorful and delicious even though I forgot to add the vinegar! I'll try it next time...but it's really not mandatory. Yum!
