Made this last night for dinner. Was delcious and my whole family loved it. I added a little extra sour creme and dijon and a little extra wine. Can't wait to eat the left overs for lunch! Will defintely make this again, real soon!

Here's a sauce so delicious, it's missing only one thing: a little crunchy bread to dip in it. Make It a Meal: Serve with steamed asparagus or cauliflower, mashed potatoes or orzo pasta, and a glass of Vinho Verde.

This dish was great! I used finely chopped onion & minced garlic instead of shallots. It was very rich with flavor and tasted like a dish from a fine resteraunt. I'm going to make again for sure!!

I am not a cook. Thankfully, my husband is. However, I found this site, found this recipe and had to try it. It was WONDERFUL! Easy enough for a beginner and even my picky sons (5 & 15) loved it and my 17 year old daughter wants me to cook more. Thank you Eating Well!

I made this meal for my family last night. It was so amazing and I can not believe this was healthy....it certainly didn't taste like it and all 5 of us ate every bite!!

My fiance and I absolutely loved this dish! It was so easy to make and so filling (we had it with potatoes and broccoli). The sauce is TO DIE FOR, I thought we were eating food that was 'bad for us', but it wasn't! One word, YUM! It's a staple meal in our house now.
We did it with broccoli and white rice but I think a wild or brown rice would have made it even better! It really went well with the broccoli though huh!
