Definately a keeper. Sauce tasted amazing. Great for a regular week night or for company. If I were serving it to company, would want to thicken the sauce up a bit by adding a little less broth or increasing the amount of flour or sour cream.

Here's a sauce so delicious, it's missing only one thing: a little crunchy bread to dip in it. Make It a Meal: Serve with steamed asparagus or cauliflower, mashed potatoes or orzo pasta, and a glass of Vinho Verde.

I was tired of cooking two ways for my family........."diet" for me, and regular for my family. This recipes was like by all and no one knew it was low calorie!

Has anyone tried substituting greek yogurt for sour cream? Not a big fan of the latter. I always use this substitution in eatingwell recipes and it tastes great, but just wondering if anyone had any feedback!

Tried this last night. Was so good I had to share it with Facebook!

Loved this recipe, tastes high calorie, would serve to guests! Relatively easy to prep and the sauce is drinkable! Used onions instead of shallots and was still great! Loved all the helpful reviews! Tastes like something I would eat out @ a restaurant!!!
