Great Chicken Dinner

This recipe is fantastic for a chicken dinner, although with the dijon it could use some honey to smooth it out, after the honey was in, the sauce was perfect!

So easy my kids cooked dinner

The kids made this for dinner one night with some veggies and crescent rolls. We all loved it. It's easy, quick, and delicious.

I used Greek Yogurt in Lieu

I used Greek Yogurt in Lieu of the sour cream, and it tasted the same. Higher protein, less calories.

I cut back just a bit on the chicken broth and wine so that the sauce would be a bit thicker. I made no other changes. I'm still adjusting to heart healthy meals which my husband now requires and I'm not pleased with many of them. This one was pretty good however. The chicken was tender and tasty.

Easy, tender chicken
