Here's a sauce so delicious, it's missing only one thing: a little crunchy bread to dip in it. Make It a Meal: Serve with steamed asparagus or cauliflower, mashed potatoes or orzo pasta, and a glass of Vinho Verde.

Deliciously healthy

For those who think the sauce is too thin - just boil the wine and broth mixture for a few minutes before adding the chicken back...it will reduce and become even better (don't skip adding the flour with the shallots - in fact, make it a heaping tablespoon)
