The dish was tasty and soo easy to make. The salsa made the salmon keep it's moisture and helped not make the rice so dry and sad

My husband loved this recipe, and it was a cinch to make, but I wasn't terribly impressed. The salsa tasted weird to me. Thinking of substituting tomato with a mango next time.
Salsa was alright, but we must have had some bad salmon. The dish didn't come together too well. Might try it with tilapia though.
I thought it was good together. Be careful not to process the salsa too long. Watch it so it stays chunky!
