I cook a lot of salmon but don't always find something as unique as this recipe. We love pepitas, so it was perfect. We all thought it was nicely flavored and everything blended nicely. Next time I will add the pepitas the fish after I drizzle it with the butter lime sauce. I think they would be more evenly distributed and crunchier that way.





I added a little more lime juice than what the recipe called for...and it was so yummy! I've made it 3 times in the past month.





Great recipe! I added a bit of freshly chopped cilantro and about 25% more chili powder than the recipe called for. It was enjoyed by all.
