I used the smaller ramekins and 20 minutes was probably too long. These came out tough and fell as soon as they cooled off. They kind of reminded me of miniature Dutch Babies. That's a whole lot easier to put together than this was.

This came together so quickly and easily, I was amazed. I cut the recipe in half and it still worked perfectly. I will definitely be making this again.
