Roasting members of the brassica family brings out a hidden nutty sweetness that could change a few minds about these oft-maligned vegetables. Use either broccoli or cauliflower or a colorful mix.

400 degrees vegetable oil s & p no lemon Turn once and cook until brownish dellllllllicccciousssss I cooked mine on the little rack and grillpan that came w/the toaster oven.

We have a similar recipe but stir fry it in a frying pan with mushrooms and onions and garlic pepper.

450 for 15 minutes is too high a temp and not enough time to cook these veg.
