Maybe you've never considered cooking broccoli this way, but roasting yields surprisingly good results. The heat concentrates the flavors and caramelizes the natural sugars. A touch of olive oil gives it a crispy, delicious finish.

"This recipe was easy and delicious. I slight modified the recipe by roasting the broccoli, oil and salt and pepper for 10 mins. I then drizzled oil mixed with garlic (2 T of olive oil +1 minced garlic clove +sprinkle of red pepper flakes...
