Seasoning (particularly mustard) overwhelmed the delicate Delicata.

If I were to try this again, I'd lower the temperature to 375° - 400°, cut the onion a bit thicker and perhaps substitute lemon juice & zest for the mustard.

Good with the squash seeds in it!

We put some of the seeds in with all the ingredients including broccoli, orange pepper, and ground turkey and it turned out great!

Smell and texture.

Smelled great when cooking

Liked it as made, but next time will use 1 1/2 onions. They cooked up nice and sweet too.

Fantastic

Lovely dish that is easy to prepare and very tasty. Make sure you use delicata so that the skins are not tough.
