  • 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic and mustard in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
