Try your favorite oils and vinegars in this simple vinaigrette salad dressing.
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red-wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic and mustard in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
