Raspberry Vinegar Dressing
Tangy raspberry vinegar is balanced by a touch of honey in this crowd-pleasing dressing.
- 3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Whisk vinegar and honey in a small bowl until blended. Whisking continuously, slowly add oil. Season with salt and pepper. (Alternatively, combine ingredients in a small jar, secure the lid and shake.)
