Raspberry Vinegar Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Whisk vinegar and honey in a small bowl until blended. Whisking continuously, slowly add oil. Season with salt and pepper. (Alternatively, combine ingredients in a small jar, secure the lid and shake.)
