A bit of lemon juice and sugar flavor this quick raspberry sauce.

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or IQF (individually quick-frozen) unsweetened raspberries, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Try this recipe with:


  1. Combine raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve. Chill until ready to serve.
