A bit of lemon juice and sugar flavor this quick raspberry sauce.
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or IQF (individually quick-frozen) unsweetened raspberries, thawed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Combine raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve. Chill until ready to serve.
Per tablespoon: 20 calories; 0 g fat (0 g sat, 0 g mono); 0 mg cholesterol; 5 g carbohydrates; 0 g protein; 1 g fiber; 0 mg sodium; 24 mg potassium.
