Toasted almonds add texture to a simple combination of raspberries and mango.


Raspberries & Mangoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds, (see Tip)

Preparation

  1. Toss raspberries and mango with sugar. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.

Tips & Notes

  • Tip: To toast sliced almonds, place in a small dry skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly browned, 2 to 4 minutes.
