The recipe turned out excellent! After reading the reviews I doubled up on the curry paste. Recipe was a bit watery and no flavor was lost. My husband loved it! Would definitely make this again. Heena, Atlanta, GA |

It definitely needed flavor modifications and not a typical 'curry'. I had to add a substantial amount of curry paste to get the heat right. I think it is a good, healthy dish but if you are looking for traditional curry, this isn't it. But, it was still good and healthy with added spices and more paste. md, Walla Walla, WA |
