This recipe was good, but it was still a little bland even with the addition of 3 chopped cloves of garlic. I think that one can of tomatoes is not enough for a full pound of pasta. I'm going to make this again and use 1 1/2 or 2 cans of chopped tomatoes.

Why are you on a healthy eating site talking about changing healthy recipes to add sugar filled spaghetti sauce or even worse, alfredo?

Easy to make; I added some Old Bay to give it a kick. Also need to remember to drain the spinach before adding...

At the suggestion of others I added garlic and red pepper. I also added chopped mushroom. The feta gave was a nice Mediterranean twist. If you don't like feta just substitute some freshly grated parm. This was DELICIOUS and fortified with veggie goodness! We will def. be making this again.

I added a clove of garlic to the onions and some italian seasoning and crushed red pepper to the tomatoes. It was very nice on top of some whole wheat farfalle.
