Easy to make, but pretty bland. The canned tomatoes give it a weird taste... I'd almost rather use regular spaghetti sauce, then add the spinach to that. Or maybe alfredo? Hmmm...

Why are you on a healthy eating site talking about changing healthy recipes to add sugar filled spaghetti sauce or even worse, alfredo?

Easy to make; I added some Old Bay to give it a kick. Also need to remember to drain the spinach before adding...

At the suggestion of others I added garlic and red pepper. I also added chopped mushroom. The feta gave was a nice Mediterranean twist. If you don't like feta just substitute some freshly grated parm. This was DELICIOUS and fortified with veggie goodness! We will def. be making this again.

I added a clove of garlic to the onions and some italian seasoning and crushed red pepper to the tomatoes. It was very nice on top of some whole wheat farfalle.
