I rated this poorly because the nutrition info was WAY off. 2 Small corn tortillas can vary from 80 calories to 120 ... Most I checked did have 2 grams of fiber... No way this recipes has 17 grams of protein. My highest calculation was 15 using a very high protein cheese ... more realistic would be 13 grams of protein.
The salsa is the healthiest ingredient in this recipe why limit it to 1 tablespoon?
Your recipes look interesting but I really do not feel like taking the time to double check all your calculation... If you are going to offer this type of service.... DO it right... or not at all.
