Delicious! I used a whole egg plus an egg white scrambled with green onion, cumin, chili powder and a dollop of light sour cream, and heated my tortillas in a cast iron skillet with the cheese. The salsa you use makes all the difference. I used a fresh medium hot salsa with a nice smoky flavor. Although I usually make breakfast burritos, this saved a lot of calories, but was quite filling. Some halved cherry tomatoes and a little cilantro would be good, too, but these were simple enough for a fairly quick breakfast.

Let's not forget that natural foods and cooking are always the way to go. Rather than use the microwave, lay the tortilla flat in the pan and let cheese melt before putting eggs in to scramble. Also, if you can't eat regular eggs, then use the whites rather than a substitute. What the earth gives us is always healthy when used appropriately.

Great recipe and easy - I do not like the egg substitute so I just scramble up one egg with a tad of milk and split it between two tortillas. Great quick easy recipe! TRY IT!
I love to try and make new foods. I always try new things and i'll eat any thing. I made this because i thought that it lookd good. And the ingredients seemed good. Just yesterday i made this and i thought it was disgusting!!! It was the worst thing i have ever eaten. I thought i was going to throw up. It was like eating garbage!!(EEEEWWWW!!!!!!!) I dont recomend it at all.
