Lots of work but worth it

I did not find the recipe to be mushy, but I do adore eggplant. The spices were "just like downtown," but so much healthier than eating in a restaurant. Make sure to notice that it calls for cooked brown rice before you start. I couldn't believe how flavorful this was! Will make again, when I have time!

This recipe is way too mushy. It may just be the egg plant. Make sure you really like eggplant before making this.

Just made this and love the dish! If you like Thai green curry chicken dish, this recipe will not disappoint. I did not feel that the dish was mushy at all. Like heidimayer said, if you like eggplant, you won't mind the soft eggplant texture with meat mixed in. If you like a spicier dish, just add more jalapeno or green curry paste to it.
