Oh so good!

I omitted the apple cider/apple juice and just use extra chicken broth instead. Just my preference. It is one of my families favorite new recipes! My husband liked it so much he has made it several times as well. :) Served with Royal Blend Texmati rice or a hearty brown rice and fresh veggies. The apple/onion/mustard gravy is the best!!!


I made this awesome recipe for supper last night. It was so quick and easy. The flavors work beautifully together. I followed the directions exactly, which is not like me. Usually, I add or delete according to my taste. This recipe is now my favorite way to make pork chops!

Delicious, Quick, Easy, Yummy leftovers

Made this last night and was surprised by how much my husband loved it. I will definitely make this again; it was an easy recipe to follow and did not require a lot of time. I followed the recipe exactly as shown; but after reading other reviews I may add mushrooms.

Easy, quick, delicious

I agree with the other comment - these were the best pork chops that I've ever made also!! I used a honeycrisp apple and added mushrooms. It was delicious. Served it with mashed potatoes and broiled asparagus. The sauce was great!! I was worried that the apple would be too sweet but it was just right!! Also, I did not have apple cider or apple cider vinegar so I used white vinegar. I will definitely be making this again and again and again!!

Very Good!!

Very tasty recipe! It was extremely easy and quick to cook. I added the chops back into the pan right after adding in the liquid. This worked really well to get the pork cooked all the way through. Made brown rice and steamed broccoli to go along with it!
