My family and I really enjoyed this recipe and I will definitely be making it again. However, when following the recipe's cooking times for the pork, it was pink inside when we sat down to eat and we had to put the chops in the microwave to cook them longer.
When I make this recipe again, I will lower the temperature for browning, so the meat is more thoroughly cooked at the outset. I will also wait to thicken the sauce until I add the pork and allow everything to simmer for 5-10 minutes to ensure the meat is thoroughly cooked before adding the cornstarch mixture.
Otherwise, it's a wonderful recipe!
