Pork Chops with Creamy Marsala Sauce

A little cornstarch gives the sweet and salty Marsala sauce for this pork dish the kind of body it would usually take a cup of heavy cream (rather than low-fat milk) to achieve. The recipe makes plenty of sauce, so you’ll want to serve it with some egg noodles or mashed potatoes to soak it all up.

"My store had sweet and dry Marsala, I took the dry, The sauce was absolute awesome! We had fine dining at home, I wish for a EatingWell collection of these sauce recipes. "

wow this was a great dish!!! I used a 1 pound pork loin, cut into medallions and it was a perfect size. I didn't feel like it was too much sauce at all, in fact I would have loved a little more for the egg noodles I prepared. I did reduce mine down quite a bit. Definitely easy and perfect for weeknight or weekend.

Fantastic taste and easy to make. We enjoyed the sauce a lot. We found that there was too much sauce and will consider making less next time or freezing some for another serving at a later date.

this dish was very easy and tasty! We served with rice and asparagus, but it would have been better with egg noodles. Give it a try.
