I made this for dinner one night, and I loved it! It was so easy to cook and prepare (even though there are many ingredients). It has such a great flavor! I served it over brown rice.

Very easy and tasty. I changed a lot of the vegetables depending on what was available locally, adding red cabbage, frozen snow peas, and a little bok choy. Very vegetable rich with some meat protein (appreciate by the boyfriend) and served over buckwheat noodles. Also added about a teaspoon of chili garlic sauce for spice. Could substitute chicken or beef too!
Fantastic, quick and easy
Easy, good recipe but I spiced it up a bit more to get a little more flavor from it. A little hot pepper and a touch more soy sauce, this will be a do over in our house!
This recipe hit the list of favorites to do over. This time I will add fresh vegtables from my garden which includes the population explosion of zucchini.
