Made this yesterday.... Had enough for 4 meals and found it to be quite bland in taste. This is obviously my opinion but it needed some sort of kick to flavour it up. I chose to add chilli flakes.

This is an easy recipe. Everyone in my family loved it. It has great flavor and relatively healthy.
This was delicious! I added bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, and it was tasty! I love the sauce! We served it with tortillas (we got the idea from the EatingWell Moo Shu Vegetables recipe), but I think next time we'll serve with rice because the sauce is just too delicious to waste! I love the Asian recipes on EatingWell, and can't wait to try more!!
I don't eat noodles, so added snow peas, straw mushrooms, along with the water chestnuts, onion, red pepper and bamboo shoots. The flavor is bland with only molasses and ginger to flavor it. I might try 5-spice powder next time.
I made this for dinner one night, and I loved it! It was so easy to cook and prepare (even though there are many ingredients). It has such a great flavor! I served it over brown rice.
