Poppy-Seed Cake with Lemon Curd

Just like your favorite morning muffin made into an elegant cake. Unlike that bakery muffin, though, you can help yourself to seconds: each serving has just 1 gram saturated fat.

Can't get enough of this.

Can't get enough of this. Loved by all who try it. The lemon curd recipe is excellent. I have compared it to my grandmother's lemon curd. This is equally as good. I reduced the amount of sugar by half since I like a tart lemon curd . Also tastes great on toast, just like grandma used to serve. Cook a little longer if you want a thicker sauce.
