Pomegranate Float

This pomegranate float recipe, which uses low-calorie pomegranate-flavored seltzer, pomegranate juice, vanilla frozen yogurt and fresh blueberries, is a refreshing, fruity twist on a malt-shop ice cream float. Combine ingredients just before serving.

  • 1/3 cup pomegranate-flavored or plain seltzer
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries


  1. Combine seltzer and juice in a glass. Add frozen yogurt and top with blueberries. Serve with a spoon.
