Plum-Raspberry Ice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 plums, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup frozen apple-grape-raspberry concentrate, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream maker following manufacturer’s instructions.
