OK, but needs some spice

It was somewhat bland as per the recipe, but I added some chopped sautéed chicken, Adobo seasoning, Paprika, and roasted ground Cumin seed. (just take the ground Cumin and roast it slightly in a non-stick pan) Before adding the chicken, I used a hand mixer to smooth the texture. The spices REALLY make the flavor pop! Just season to taste.

A good start, but not quite there...

I love this recipe. It is so easy to do! However I don't add the salt nor the cheese, for me and my husband it tastes awesome without those 2 ingredients.
