I enjoyed this dish, next time I will add some sliced carrots. The sauce was perfect and there was just the right amount of it.


Awesome and delicious! I made it for my daughter, who is newly vegetarian, and we both loved it! The fresh ginger mixed with fresh garlic made a wonderful spice! I substituted salsa for the ketchup.


This is so delicious and healthy! We love this tofu, especially over rice. Try it, it taste like in an expensive asian restaurant!
