Pineapple, red onion and mint are a fresh and tangy combination. Serve with just about any grilled meat or poultry or with Baja-Battered Fish.

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
