Soooo good!

If you want to trick someone to thinking this is meat, this is a great recipe! It is delicious. Will definitely make it again.

I definitely did not miss the meat. It was super delicious. Plus I didn't have blue cheese so I made a honey dijon yogurt dressing and it worked very well with the nutty flavor.
