  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon "natural" peanut butter
  • 1 whole-wheat English muffin, toasted

Preparation

  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread peanut butter on English muffin. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
