Passion fruit juice turns a pina colada into something special.
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup passion fruit juice
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 3 ounces rum, optional
- Combine ice, passion fruit juice, cream of coconut and rum, if using, in a blender and blend until smooth.
