This Greek-inspired marinade works best on tuna, shrimp, chicken and vegetables.


Oregano-Garlic Marinade Recipe

About 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine lemon juice, wine, oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Use 1/2 cup to marinate tuna, shrimp, chicken or vegetables. Reserve remaining marinade for basting.
