A double-hit of orange comes from orange juice concentrate and fresh orange zest.


Orange-Thyme Marinade Recipe

About 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated orange zest
  • 4 teaspoons dried thyme leaves

Preparation

  1. Combine vinegar, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, oil, garlic, orange zest and thyme in a small bowl. Use 1/2 cup to marinate pork, chicken or shrimp. Reserve remaining marinade for basting.
