Seasonal Fruit Staple

This recipe is a staple for anyone who wishes to use seasonal fruit ... berries & rhubarb in the spring; cherries, plums and more berries in the summer; apples and pears in the fall ... and then in the winter, a great use for the fruits you were frugal enough to freeze. My family was never one for just grabbing a piece of fruit to eat, but this was always an easy way to get fruit into their diet.

fast, easy, flexible, delicious

Easy and Delicious!

This recipe was great! It's a mini-crumble that can easily be thrown together. And since you use individual ramekins, portion control is easy! I used frozen strawberries, and it tasted great! I'm looking forward to trying with blueberries or apples next time!
