No-Cook Raspberry Coulis Recipe

Makes: About 1 1/3 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or unsweetened frozen raspberries, thawed (12-ounce package)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Chambord, (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place the raspberries and sugar in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Strain through a fine-meshed sieve into a bowl. Stir in Chambord, if using. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

  • Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for 2 days.
