These cookies are too good! I used shaved chocolate instead of the coconut and set in the fridge to chill. Very moist and oh so yummy!





These are really good but the 8 sqaures vs the 8 whole grahams throws everything off. Once I figured it out they were very yummy and pretty easy to make!!! Will make again!!!





I made these with my young children this morning and ended up frustrated because of the dryness others mention. I added nearly double the peanut butter and called it good enough. I was still trying to figure it out this afternoon when I re-read the recipe and discovered the problem. This calls for 8 graham cracker SQUARES. I had used 8 whole graham crackers. I added enough honey, raisins and PB to make a double batch and it was MUCH better. We'll see what the kids think soon!





They were too dry and crumbly so I added more peanut butter. Still my son wasn't impressed.
