This is a fabulous dessert and very easy to make. The combination of mascarpone, yogurt and tarragon with the warm grilled fruit is just fabulous. I did not add the almonds and could not find the balsamic glaze, but topping the fruit and cheese/yogurt with honey worked well. We will definitely be making this again.

Serve these grilled nectarines with lightly sweetened mascarpone (Italian cream cheese) as a first course or a sophisticated dessert. Look for balsamic glaze near balsamic vinegar in well-stocked supermarkets or use honey for a sweeter taste.
