This was a great dish. Tasted fantastic and was easy to prepare. In fact, it took me less time to make this (not including time it was sitting in the broiler) than to prepare the quick salad that went with it.
This is so good! To make it healthier I replaced the sour cream with plain greek yogurt. Tasted fantastic. My 9 year old son loved it too, and said "you should put more of the creamy stuff on next time". I think I will!
