This was easy and kept the salmon moist and flavorful. I added some fresh dill to the sauce and topped right before grilling with some panko bread crumbs. A nice addition and this recipe is a keeper. Sara, Colchester, VT |

So quick and easy! The fish was juicy and tender under its topping, and mustard is a good flavor complement for salmon. Our dinner guest asked for the recipe. Tina, Bellingham, WA |

Nice, simple recipe--made it tonight and stirred some fresh chopped tarragon into the topping mixture. last time i made it under the broiler, it burned really fast so i roasted it at 450-ish on the top rack with potatoes on the bottom and it was perfect. Anonymous |

I tried a variation of this recipe: instead of sour cream I used honey and I add a bit of Thyme. I was a big hit! Cristina, Edwards, CO |
