This dish was perfect!! Great for two people, amazing flavor!! My boyfriend said it was the best chicken he had ever had, and he is the one who usually does the cooking!!!

This was AMAZING! I served it with whole wheat olive oil and garlic couscous and steamed broccoli. As a leftover hater, I usually send all of the leftovers with my fiance, but I set aside some for myself and it was so good even the next day! I'll definitely be making this again and again!

I have made the Julia Childs version of this recipe many times and let me tell you this tastes EXACTLY like Julia's recipe without the stick of butter. I love this recipe and will make it again. I used vermouth instead of dry white cooking wine, as per the Julia recipe.
